Identification of herpesvirus-like DNA sequences in AIDS-associated Kaposi's sarcoma.Science, 266, 1865-1869, 1994.Dated December 16, 1994. Order of authorship in the original paper was Chang, Cesarman, Pessin,...Moore. The authors reported a new human herpesvirus associated with Kaposi's sarcoma, and gave it the descriptive name KSHV (Kaposi's Sarcoma Herpes Virus).
