Myocardial infarction due to coronary thromboarteritis following acute febrile mucocutaneous lymph node syndrome (MLNS) in an infant.Pediatrics, 54, 277-281, 1974.The authors reported the case of a 6 month old baby who died from a myocardiac infarction after "recovering" from Kawasaki disease. Autopsy showed that the baby died from classical coronary artery thrombosis accompanied by congestive heart failure.
